Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated RPA (Robotic Process Automation) Lead with a strong foundation in automation technologies, including Microsoft Power Automate, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, and DATADOG. This role combines hands-on RPA expertise with leadership abilities to guide a team in designing, developing, and implementing RPA solutions. The ideal candidate will lead automation initiatives, enhance operational efficiencies, and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of RPA developers and analysts, providing mentorship, technical guidance, and support.
  • Manage RPA project lifecycles, from ideation to deployment, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including IT, business stakeholders, and vendors, to identify automation opportunities and requirements.
  • Set project goals, monitor progress, and facilitate continuous improvement in processes and team efficiency.

RPA Design and Development:

  • Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using Microsoft Power Automate, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, and DATADOG.
  • Assess and analyze business processes to determine RPA feasibility and optimize workflows for automation.
  • Create robust, scalable RPA workflows, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with industry best practices.
  • Technical Troubleshooting and Support:
  • Provide expert-level troubleshooting for complex issues across different automation tools.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for issues, identify solutions, and implement best practices for RPA reliability.
  • Manage and monitor RPA bots in production environments, ensuring high availability and stability of automation processes.
  • Process Optimization and Innovation:
  • Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement, bringing innovative ideas and solutions to the team.
  • Work with business analysts to re-engineer and optimize processes prior to automation.
  • Stay updated on the latest RPA trends and technologies, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance existing systems.
  • Ensure thorough documentation of all RPA workflows, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
  •  Adhere to regulatory and compliance standards in all automation initiatives, especially in highly regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, finance).

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in RPA development with hands-on expertise in Microsoft Power Automate, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, and DATADOG.
  • Leadership: Proven experience in leading technical teams, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Technical Proficiency:

  • In-depth knowledge of RPA tools, including UI automation, OCR, API integration, and scripting.
  • Experience in designing, developing, and deploying automated workflows.
  • Familiarity with data processing and management in RPA contexts.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented and proactive approach to addressing challenges.
  • Certifications (Preferred): Relevant certifications in UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Microsoft Power Automate, or other RPA tools.
