Position : Business Analyst
Location : Remote
Datacorns is seeking a Business Analyst to perform the following duties:
Data Consulting, Requirements Gathering, Process Analysis, Solution Design, Software Development, Configuration & Customization
This role requires;
- Understanding of the current software functionalities that are implemented at the Client’s location, analyzing organization structure and business processes to the existing IT landscape.
- Improving existing applications by making it an efficient, reliable, and scalable IT solution.
- Suggesting improvements in existing business processes by leveraging in-depth functional knowledge in accounts and finance combining it with the working experience in the similar or different software.
Testing, Documentation, Training & Support, Collaboration
This role requires;
- Perform regression testing of the changes made to the software and ensure it does not adversely impact existing functionalities and deliver the results as expected by the Client. Maintain understanding of current technologies or programming practices through continuous learning and/or by participating in professional conferences, workshops or groups. Work on defect analysis, resolutions, QA support and post-production support.
- Promote application to QA and production server. Write unit test cases, integration and system test cases of the application.
Bachelor’s Degree is required in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or Information Systems or Management Information Systems or education + experience which is equivalent to Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or Information Systems or Management Information Systems.
Additional Qualifications and Skills:
- 5+ years of working experience leading or supporting end-to-end project implementation including requirements gathering, solution design, stakeholder coordination, and execution.
- Experience in ERP softwares like SAP, NetSuite, Fusion, Microsoft Dynamics.
- Strong ability to manage senior stakeholders and client relationships, including facilitating
- workshops and presenting technical recommendations to audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams, prioritize effectively, and operate in fast-paced environments
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, excellent communication, interpersonal skills, Detail-oriented with organizational skills.
