Position : Operations Research Analyst
Location : Nashville, TN
Operations Research Analyst is needed to perform the following duties :
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from client systems and internal operations.
- Gather and integrate large datasets from client systems, internal applications, and third-party sources.
- Clean, validate, and transform raw data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and usability.
- Apply optimization models, forecasting techniques, and statistical analysis to solve real-world business and IT problems.
- Develop and implement optimization models to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and maximize resource utilization.
- Apply forecasting techniques to predict demand, capacity, and performance trend
- Conduct advanced statistical analyses to identify patterns, correlations, and root causes of operational issues.
- Translate complex quantitative findings into actionable strategies for business leaders and technical teams.
- Develop predictive models and simulations to support resource planning, workflow optimization, and cost reduction.
- Design and implement predictive models to forecast resource requirements, workload patterns, and future business demands.
- Build simulation models to evaluate workflow scenarios, capacity utilization, and process efficiency.
- Analyze model outputs to identify opportunities for cost savings, productivity improvement, and risk mitigation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data inputs and validate assumptions for predictive and simulation models.
- Build and maintain dashboards using SQL, Power BI, or Tableau for real-time decision support.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, and other visualization platforms to support real-time decision-making.
- Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and integrate data from multiple sources into reporting systems.
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to define dashboard requirements, KPIs, and data visualization needs.
- Collaborate with IT, operations, and client teams to translate complex data insights into actionable strategies.
- Partner with IT, operations, and client stakeholders to understand business challenges and data requirements.
- Analyze complex datasets and extract actionable insights to support strategic and operational decisions.
- Translate technical findings into clear, concise recommendations tailored to non-technical stakeholders.
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings to discuss insights, align priorities, and drive implementation plans.
- Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights
Bachelor’s Degree is required in Operation Research or Operation Research Systems Analysis or Industrial Engineering or Systems Engineering
